Candle Care and Clean Up

  • Burn the candle no longer than 2-4 hours at a time, allowing enough time for the wax to melt across the surface. Stop using the candle when only ¼" of wax remains in the jar.
  • Use a wick trimmer to trim wick to about ¼ - ½" to ensure a safe, even burn. Ensure all wick trimmings are removed from the candle and thrown away. This is essential to prevent high flames and smoke.
  • Use a snuffer to extinguish your candle safely.
  • Use a wick dipper to extinguish your wick, re-straighten your wick, or remove debris.
  • Do NOT  use any type of candle lid to extinguish the flame.
  • Always store your candles in a cool, dry, and dark place.
  • Never leave candles burning unattended
  • Clean wax spills with regular soap and water. This is soy and doesn’t leave a residue.
  • Allow wax to completely harden prior to disposal
