You agree to use this website lawfully. Fraudulent purchases, unauthorized access, and activities that interfere with the website or other customers are prohibited.
- Products & Handmade Variations
Ida & Christine’s offers handcrafted candles, home-fragrance products, and body-care products.
Small variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur between batches. Product photographs are illustrative, and colors may appear differently across devices. These variations do not excuse a defective product, an incorrect item, or a material difference from its description.
Please review each product’s description, ingredients, size, and care instructions before purchasing.
- Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change for future purchases. Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order.

- Orders & Availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee that an unavailable item can be supplied.
I may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment problems, or a material listing error. If a correction affects your order’s price or contents, I will contact you before proceeding. You will not be charged an increased price without your agreement.
If I cancel an order after payment, I will refund the canceled items and associated shipping charges.
Seasonal, limited-edition, and preorder products may have specific availability or shipping dates stated on their product pages.

Please check your shipping address carefully and contact me promptly if a correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.

- Returns, Replacements & Refunds
All sales are final, subject to the exceptions in the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled according to that policy. Please contact me promptly with your order number and details of the issue.
- Safe Product Use
Use products only for their intended purpose and follow all labels, warnings, and care instructions.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Do not burn a candle in cracked or damaged glass.
Room and linen sprays are not intended for use on the body unless specifically labeled for that purpose. Test linen sprays on a small, hidden area before applying more broadly.
Body-care products are for external use only. Review ingredients, patch test before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Shower steamers are intended for shower use and should not be used as bath bombs or applied directly to skin.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions concerning comfort or relaxation are not medical advice.
These precautions do not limit your rights regarding unsafe or defective products.
